The Smokehouse features a handmade BBQ and Ironbrand Smoker, fueled by sustainable local logs and charcoal, ready to grill and smoke a selection of native breeds and the finest produce from Dorset and Hampshire
Head Chef Luke Jefford brings his passion for foraging and commitment to sustainability to The Smokehouse. With accolades from Michelin and BH Stars, Luke is set to transform the dining experience at Chaplin’s.
From May our Smokehouse will be back, firstly running pop ups on Saturday’s and a BBQ on Sundays keep an eye on our social media for updates
